Auction item is one hour of customised personal training. The winner can choose Pilates, setting up Gym Programe, both at Gill Whitmore’s house or their own home. Aquasize can also be offered if pool available.
Gill is a trained Pilates and Aquacise teacher and can also put together a gym
Programme if someone has their own weights.
